CollectionsFlow Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the CollectionsFlow website and any preliminary placement review submitted through it.

Service scope

CollectionsFlow provides commercial B2B invoice follow-up, payment tracking, and related recovery operations as agreed in a client service agreement.

Commercial-only intake

The public site is for commercial B2B receivables only. Consumer debt, regulated consumer collection activity, and legal recovery are out of scope for the public launch surface.

Placement review

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, or service activation. Every portfolio is reviewed before a live placement is accepted.

Client responsibilities

The client must supply accurate commercial information, lawful authority to pursue the receivables, and clear settlement instructions before live work begins.

No legal representation

CollectionsFlow is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or court representation through the public service surface.

Intellectual property

Clients retain rights to their own invoices, account information, and approved materials. CollectionsFlow retains rights to its workflows, templates, playbooks, and internal operating methods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
